A Realized Vision

A realized vision— that is how the story of 1931 & Co. began. From an idea cultivated with passion and cultured by experiences and shared principles, 1931 & Co. is brought to existence by a group of like-minded individuals headed by husband-and-wife team. The name 1931 was inspired by the Unit No. 1931, which was their first property investment as Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Singapore.

1931 & Co. opens its door of opportunities to serve property and business owners and accommodate “guests” in the areas of Property Management and Maintenance, Project Management, Interior Design & Fit Out, Marketing and Business Development.
